Presenting Favours in an Affordable Way, with Unaffordable Results

May 30, 2012

There is a dilemma when it comes to presenting favours, just how do you do it? Once you’ve chosen your perfect favour then you have the unenviable task of choosing how your guest will receive it. Ideally, you want them to receive the favour in a pleasing way – and in a way that enhances the occasion.

So, how do you do that? Well, it depends on how much you’re able to spend for the most part. If you’ve bought a very ornate crystal figurine for each of the guests, then you can probably justify splashing out on some equally ornate favour boxes that will provide a nice surprise when they are opened.

If you’re giving a less pricey favour, perhaps some chocolates, then you don’t really want to dress them up with a presentation box that is likely to actually cost around the same price as the favour itself. It’s a bit of a compromise, but who wants to compromise when it comes to a wedding? The ideal is a favour presentation that is both affordable, but has the same wow factor as a more elaborate or expensive method of presentation.

Perhaps you don’t believe such a thing exists, but it does. One of the most effective and pleasing ways of presenting a favour is in an organza bag. These are small delicate fabric bags that neatly hold your favours and present them to guests in a way that will rival even the most lavish box. The fabric itself is very luxurious, and is used in a number of applications including bridal wear. This is great because it puts the luxuriousness of the wedding dress into the favour presentation – which makes for an all-round good experience for the guest.

The truly remarkable thing about organza bags is how little they cost – with most of them being just a fraction of the cost of other modes of presentation. Another benefit is the range of sizes and colour in which organza bags are available. With a lot of different colours, you’re sure to find the one you want at the end of the day. With little draw string cords; they make for nice little pouches that guests can appreciate and take their favours home in.

So, it is possible to get the result of a more expensive method of presentation with a more affordable alternative. Organza bags are a really creative solution to a common problem. You can really have your wedding cake, and eat it too.
